In the role of a Personal Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support to streamline tasks and boost efficiency. Personal Assistants play a pivotal role in managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. Responsibilities may extend to organizing travel arrangements, managing confidential information, and executing administrative duties with precision and confidentiality. It’s important to note that this opportunity is affiliated with a Malaysian company listed on NASDAQ.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO with a focus on technical business understanding
  • Assist in preparing technical presentations and relevant documentation processes
  • Understanding of technical business flow charts will be an added value.
  • Utilize experience in a technical background to enhance effectiveness
  • Manage schedules, communications, and coordinate meetings with a technical perspective
  • Ensure the smooth flow of daily operations, emphasizing technical efficiency
  • Execute administrative duties with precision and confidentiality
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to various tasks as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders in technical matters
  • Demonstrate organizational efficiency in management
  • Self-motivated and adept at working independently with minimal supervision
  • Keen and open to learning new knowledge
  • Strong interest in staying abreast of the latest trends in online technology, especially big data, artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR)

Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Candidates who possess a background in information technology, business information technology, general IT, IT business, or equivalent will be an added value.
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and IT literacy with multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong English writing skills for formal communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
  • Only 1 full-time position available.
  • The candidate must be Malaysian.
  • Fresh graduates with a good attitude may be considered.
